Our online booking is for your first assessment for individual counselling. It is a short conversation with one of our counsellors to understand what you need and find the right counsellor for you.

• We'll talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you'd like to get from it, any counselling you've had before and the support around you.
• After your assessment, counselling sessions are available face to face in Cardiff or Swansea, or online, from £60.
